Frequently asked

My heart rate doesn't show for a workout

RepLab reads heart rate from Apple Health. Apple Watch data appears live; Garmin/Polar/Fitbit data appears after their companion app syncs to Apple Health โ€” open the finished session in History and it will backfill. Check that your wearable's app is allowed to write heart rate to Apple Health, and RepLab is allowed to read it (iOS Settings โ†’ Health โ†’ Data Access & Devices).

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Settings tab โ†’ RepLab Pro โ†’ Upgrade โ†’ Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so a new phone restores automatically.

Is my data backed up?

Yes โ€” when you're signed into iCloud, your workouts sync to your private iCloud database and restore automatically on a new phone. We have no copy of your data and cannot recover it for you.

How do supersets and circuits work?

Edit a routine โ†’ tap an exercise โ†’ Create Superset. Link a third or fourth exercise to turn it into a circuit โ€” during the workout, RepLab moves you station to station and starts the rest timer when the round is complete.

Can I export my data?

Settings โ†’ Your Data โ†’ Export. You get a CSV of every set (date, exercise, weight, reps, RPE) that opens in Numbers or Excel.
